Therefore, I tend to ask a lot of questions...and I had many. Dave answered them all very in a timely manner...most the same day. He designed a torsion spring system that met my needs. He is very cordial, patient and professional, one of the main reasons I chose Door Systems, Worcester. There prices were very competitive. Shawn, the installer, is very meticulous. He did a superb job installing 2 garage doors and 2 openers.
